Barrington Nutritionals, an ingredient distributor for food, beverage, and dietary supplement applications, will exhibit at IFT First to highlight its latest innovations that drive taste, nutrition, shelf life, and texture.

The company provides a wide range of ingredients, including amino acids, vitamins, sweeteners, vegan proteins, herbal extracts, and specialty branded ingredients, enabling clean-label products with enhanced functionality and optimal taste.

At the event, Barrington will sample protein marshmallows sweetened with allulose syrup and monk fruit extract, along with other sweetener solutions and protein snack ingredients.
